Dan & Brian had the chance to sit down with the chef, co-owner, and co-founder of Salt+, Jill Vedaa. We talked with Jill about her journey from Bay Village High School, through a series of kitchens, to the opening and success of Salt+. Jill has worked in some of the best and most famous kitchens in Cleveland.
